Yes, please notify us of your travel so we can update your credit card or debit card with this information. This is to ensure our monitoring service knows you are traveling, and they will expect transactions out of your travel area. To put a travel notice on your debit card please contact Member Services at 203-377-2252, visit the local branch or login to Online Banking and send a secure email. Make sure to mention your travel dates and where you will be traveling. For your credit card, you can login to Online Banking and select 'Credit Card' under 'Additional Services.' Once you are in the credit card portal select 'Travel Notification' from the right side of the screen and follow the prompts. Please note, each card will require its own notification, this can only be done one card at a time.
