For Debit Cards, contact our Fraud Monitoring Team at 866-557-5375 to file your dispute. Additionally, please contact Member Services at 203-377-2252 or visit a branch to obtain a new debit card. For an ACH dispute or an authorized check posted to your account please contact us directly by calling Member Services at 203-377-2252 or visit a branch. You can also login to Online Banking and use the secure email option. For Credit Cards, please log into your online banking account and select 'Credit Cards' under 'Additional Services.' Find the transaction and select 'Report an issue' from the down arrow then follow the prompts. You can also call the Credit Card Fraud Team at 855-553-4290.
